Why is my waterless essential oil diffuser not producing mist?
1.Not turning on at all→ Unplug, wait a few minutes, then restart.
2.Turns on but no mist→ Use 100% pure essential oil, add enough, and restart.
3.Weak mist or inconsistent mist→ Use a cotton swab with alcohol to clean the atomizing core and nozzle.
Why is my waterless diffuser’s green light on, but the mist is intermittent?
Your diffuser alternates between misting and pausing based on your intensity setting. This cycle ensures continuous fragrance while conserving energy. On the 15s mode, it mists for 15s, then pauses for 165s. Higher settings increase mist output.
What type of essential oil should I use for a stronger and longer-lasting aroma in my scent diffuser?
1. We recommend using lightweight pure essential oils or blended essential oils, such as citrus, woody, herbal, or floral oils.
2. Avoid carrier oils and overly thick essential oils, as they may affect diffusion.
When and how should I clean my oil diffuser?
1.Clean your diffuser every 1-2 weeks or when switching to a new essential oil.
2.Empty the remaining oil, wipe the interior with a soft cloth, add 1-2 ounces of rubbing alcohol, run the diffuser for 10 minutes, and clean any visible residue.
What should I do if I have an issue with my waterless diffuser?
